Description

These dugway geodes come from Juab County, Utah. 6-8 million years ago volcanic activity deposited the extrusive rock Rhyolite. Trapped gasses formed cavities within the rock. Over millions of years, silica-rich fluids seeped into the cavities and formed these drusy and crystalline lined geodes.
